This recipe is a favorite of Mr. B's family. We always have them on Christmas morning and when we go to the condo. The recipe belongs to his grandma H.
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Flour
6 TBS Butter
6 Eggs
1/4 tsp. Salt
In a 9X13 baking pan melt butter in hot oven until hot & sizzling. With a blender or beater combine milk, flour,eggs, & salt
Pour batter into hot pan & bake immediately at 450* for 25 min. Serve immediately with hot syrup or fruit - applesauce & powder Sugar.
